Terrorists attack other countries. Freedom fighters attack invaders in their home country.

Terrorists kill innocents by choice. Freedom fighters fight the military, but without uniforms or formal attacks.

Neither is covered by the Geneva Conventions.

Terrorists hide behind children and women, even using them as living bombs. Freedom fighters hide their women and children, and don't endanger them by using them as living shields.

Terrorists stupidly think they can attack the United States, The Sleeping Giant, and get away with it because he didn't wake up the first twenty times. Freedom fighters are what the United States is made of.

Leave us ALONE. Show us that you want the terrorists GONE! We'll go home and leave you to your lack of free speech, dictatorships, lack of 20th century technology (we're now on the 21st, if you are keeping track).

We'd like to see reformation and revolution in Islam, but we aren't interested in attacking unless we are attacked!

It is one of the most interesting question, Now look here if a person is a freedom fighter of one country, he could only be a freedom fighter if he fought against another country....... That's why a freedom fighter of one nation is a terrorist in the another nation. The Freedom fighters in Kashmir insist that they are freedom fighters but India is trying its best to show the world that they are terrorists. So who will decide that who is terrorist and who is the freedom fighter. Now every country that is in power can easily blame the weaker for being a terrorist. Such as USA can easily claim that she is a freedom fighter and Iraq is a terrorist while Iraq couldn't because she is not having the resources.

They are seen as freedom fighters in their own countries, but as terrorists outside of their countries. Anyway, I don't agree with their methods of fighting for their country's freedom.
