Well for that smoky look u can put first false eyelashes than highlight ur eyebrows,put a good mascara and put some blue glitter!!

remember u don't necessarily have to use colours that may seem too harsh for you just coz you want smokey eyes... ask a make up artists even if their from a department store... MAC make up artists are really good to ask for general advise!! They suggested to me to use the shadow as a liner under the eye rather than eye liner. They even did my make up for me and it looked HOT!! MAC might be a little expensive but the results were wickd!!

Use liner shadow and blending brush. Pretty simple.

go for sutle use of kohl, pencil liner works the best . . .
