I like to have a firm and flat tummy! But the only problem I am facing is that I'm afraid my buttocks will get smaller. I think now they are even small and DO NOT want to get any smaller, even though I know I will after so much weight loss. :-/ Are there any at home or natural remedies I can do to increase buttock size and shape (I prefer round or water melon)? And any exercise that will only firm and tone tummy muscles? I need urgent help! Thank you all sooooo much for your help!!

I have always been tall and thin but my butt has always been very round and big...not HUGE ....but it definitely is bigger then most girls who are thin like me. I think sometimes it just has to do with genetics. Many women in my family are built like me. I actually wish my butt was smaller. You can do squats and other exercises aimed specifically to tone your booty. Unfortunately we can't pick from which part of the body we lose the most weight. You can cycle, run and do some squats. These are the best methods I know. srry.
