I just got the game and it is amazing very fun! OK...but I got a mysterious note and it says to meet the grey fox(I think thats the name) in the garden in portfront in imperial city but I cant find gardens and when its midnight it says hex markyes ( I think thats it) has been paralyzed but I cant find him or grey foz some1 plz help!

its inside the imperial docks you know where the boat is..wait untill like 11:45 at night and you wait where the houses are right outside the docks.,you need to go through the door near docks but dont leave the area..you know go to a new loading screenit like the third house down near the wall i think.you should see three people standing there..BTW i wouldnt recamend joining the thieves guild its kinda lame and boring..but join the fighters guild..

your best bet is to fast travel to the docks and turn around. go through the gate and turn right. follow to a low wall and just on the other side is the people you need to meet.
and in referance to one of the other answers,the theives guild has one of the best rewards of the game.
the grey fox cowl
not only does it boost sneak and grant some other great gifts
if i can recall correctly, it grants feather +250 points unto the one wearing it.
thats awesome.
