Seriously?

Ok here are some ideas that will help.

#1 Exercise. Increased bloodflow will increase erection duration and penis size.
#2 A good overall multi vitamin
#3 Lecithin. Its a vitamin supplement availible at Wal-Mart. It thickens cell walls. Look it up yourself.
#4 Wear boxers or no underwear at all. Briefs cause the testicles to heat up and kill the sperm.
#5 The perfect temperature for conception is right around 69 degrees. Sperm become more mobil and active at this temperature. People seem to forget basic biology from high school. The testicles hang outside of the body to keep them cool. Well below the body temp of 98.6 degrees. Sleep without underwear.

And even if you do all these things you should expect overnight results. Give it time and have lots of sex. All of the items i've listed will increase sperm count.

My husband was checked by the doctor. He was referred by the "family" doctor to a specialist. Ht told us that everything was okay.
He said not to ride bikes, or wear tight underwear or pants. Do Not eat of drink anything with caffine. It reduces the sperm count. Vitamins are good, are there are vitamins specifically for helping increase sperm count. Males produce testosterone (sp?) and there is a certain amount needed to be able to have healthy sperm. It could be low due to an infection, or being overweight. It could just be low. My husband had his blood taken to check his.

Also,
Don't do any activities that will get you body over heated. The male organ is outside of the body, so it is a few degrees cooler than the rest of the body. If the area gets over heated, the sperm will start to die.

Before trying to conceive, the male can let the area cool off by using ice wrapped in a towel or washcloth, but not applied directly on the skin.

Now everyone can cure infertility using this natural remedy http://pregnancyhelps.info
infertility can run in the family and one of the first things the doctor asks you when you go to a fertility clinic is your family history regarding cases of infertility or other reproductive issues.
If infertility is caused by genetic disorder then it's not unusual that one of the kids (your mom) doesn't have it and another does (your aunt).
two months of trying is still to early to be concerned about the fact that you might be infertile and it's also quite early to go to a fertility specialist. Go to a regular Obgyb to get a closer insight and see what ways there are are to improve your fertility rate.
Also remove alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes from your life because they might influence your chances too. Stress is also a risk factor when it comes to infertility.

My husband was checked by his doctor but you can also buy home kits and do it yourself, which may be more to your liking. If you have healthy eating habits, do not have high-blood pressure or cholesterol and are not a smoker and are having trouble anyway, then you should definitely consult you doctor. However, even things like wearing tight pants/shorts, sitting in a hot tub or taking really hot showers for long periods of time, or using a lap-top on your lap can kill sperm. Keeping sperm cool is key if you are trying to conceive. Good luck!

No there is no longer a attempt you may do at abode. he's extra proper off going to the document to do the attempt. they say you could experience the diffrence although. a tremendous sperm count number is declared to be very thick and creamy in colour. If there's a low sperm count number the sperm will be very watery. You do favor to bypass to the medical professional as there are extra checks then the volume that must be done and that approach isn't precise.
