First, attach your hand and arm to an apparatus that only allows you to bend at the wrist. To the pivot, attach a moment transducer that will allow you to measure the moment (force x distance / torque) generated at your wrist.

Then, completely relax your forearm muscles and rotate your arm / hand at various degrees. For added accuracy, you can apply a specific torque to the armature when the wrist is perpendicular to the ground so that we can measure resistance without the influence of gravity.

Finally, use a body / force diagram to calculate the forces generated at each angle. This way, we can get rid of the influence the resistance your wrist has to bending by combining the calculation.

Using the forces calculated, we can find the mass of the hand.

You can do this using specific gravity methods. Most people have a density almost exactly the same as water, which is 1.

Use a small container filled with water and immerse your hand. See how much it displaces and weigh it. The weight of the water should be very close to the weight of your hand.
