I have never found that the time of day matter. I tend to get them in the late afternoon, just because I'm usually up all night and don't get out of bed til late morning. It's nice to get one after work if your feet are hurting.

Try not to get them too late in the afternoon because it takes nearly four hours for a pedicure to properly dry and you don't want to go to bed without the pedicure being completely dry because you'll wake up in the morning with un-shiney toes :-)

It kind of depends what salon you go to, but I find early afternoons on the weekdays the best time walk in. That is when there is usually a lag of clients in the salon. Worst times to go are in the late afternoons on Fridays and during weekends. Also, once you find a salon you like and go there regularly, call and make an appointment ahead of time.

I don't really think it matters, but I usually get them in the late afternoon after school and practice. It's relaxing.
