I've complained to my condo association regarding certain issues and nothing has been done. What more can I do? For example there's animal urine in my hallway (outside hallway) for 3 weeks now and nothing has been done along with few other things....any suggestions? Serious responses please!!!

When you see the fear in their eyes, you know they won't casually dismiss you anymore. If the mob are being idiots, slap them, get their attention, and hold it long enough to know they have heard you. But keep a strong determined posture when you screw with their heads, don't slouch, and look the bastards in the eye.
When you get out of there with your skin, don't change out of your soiled tighty whities too soon, you may want to remember this momemt for the rest of your life.

When all else fails, hire an attorney to write a strongly worded complaint letter. This should get their attention.
