Hey are you trying to program your voicemail? I just got a Motorola v551 and I'm trying to setup my voicemail. It's having me makeup and put in my password then it tells me to hit pound. I've hit pound and every other button on the stupid thing and it says I keep using the wrong button! Argggggg!!!! I know this is very unhelpful, but I'm just wondering if we are having the same problem.

It's right there beneath the "9" button as it is on every phone! See it???
