Retirement age at 65 is possible because there are many countries such as the Philippines where the retirement age is 65. A person at 65 can still do manual labor or other work. It is even an oppressive act people to be denied equal employment rights due to age at 65 or below.

Not necessary using legislation. Just prolong the age for CPF withdrawal, that enough. Something like "one stone kill 2 birds".
