You'd have to go through a translation service, and most likely, you'd have to pay for it on your own. Some countries don't look at credits in the same ways as we do in the US, so the translation service adjusts for this. And the classes may not match up in the same way. Again, they adjust for this as well. Plus, they'll look at the grading and provide a translation for this as well.

For example, some countries use a numbering system like 1 to 5 rather than decimal or letter grades. Sometimes they do convert, but other times there is no equivalent. As a result, don't be surprised if you have to retake some things that the US says doesn't translate.

Don't. Tell the people at your college to send them to the other college. Unless they ask you to change it. Than ask a professor at school to help?
