I see all the women who answered are whining. But the reality of it is that women do have more rights or maybe you should say more advantages. I know the answers are that have to take care of kids and have periods and bla, bla, bla. But if you don't want to take care of kids then don't have them! Any women in America with a nice butt can have anything she wants. All she has to do is be cute and she can get anything from a man. That is in business as well. Meanwhile, men struggle daily to keep women happy by working hard and dealing with them in the workplace whining about everything. And they still want more!

You have it ***-backwards. Women have less rights if you care to count them, and that's why they keep asking for equal pay for equal job/position, equal opportunity for promotions, ect. These are basic rights and are supposed to be enforced by law, but you still see very few women in a CEO's chair, you don't see many in a senior command position in the military, (count the female generals and compare that number to the number of male generals) and you don't see many in a senior position of leadership in any profession. It's not that they don't have these rights, because they do. However, if a right is denied it's not really a right is it?

Exactly what rights does a woman have that a man doesn't?
Don't include gender rights, like a woman has the right to get in a life raft before a man.

I wouldn't go so far as to say woman have more rights than men. They do have some rights specific to them ( Pro-life vs. Abortion, but thats all too hot a topic, its just a gender related example). Some women want total equal treatment. Other women want to be treated like equals but like it when you do something gentlemanly, such as opening the door for them, or hailing a cab. Others expect nothing more than to be treated like ladies, and prefer the full monty. Depends on the woman, I suppose. You probably have had a recent experience or person in mind. I would play it safe and be the gentleman all the time. You can't go wrong there.

What exactly makes you think females have more rights than males???

On the other hand, there have been laws enacted to protect females more than males... and that is probably because traditionally females have been victimized more than males both in this country and abroad.

WHATEVER!!! you think WE have it easy!!! psh alright. well how about shaving your legs and getting razor burn which hurts like hell!! periods = cramps!!! having a baby!!! OUCH!!! and then if we wear normal underwear, they're considered granny panties!! but if we wear a thong it's sexy, altho it sometimes hurts us down there!!! and not to mention we're weaker than men physically!!!!!!!!!! without us you wouldn't even be where you are!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! sorry i probably sound like a feminist; but i'm just annoyed when guys think we have it better. but we really don't! i'd rather be a guy. cause i'd at least look hot and it'd be easier.
