A hard powercycle is the best option....remove the battery, let sit for about 5 min, then put back in. If that does not work, it may be the keypad went bad which is really not that uncommon on this model of phone. Call Customer Care if that does not work, and they will do some troubleshooting, but as long as there is not water damage it will probably result in an exchange.

All of my friends have RAZR's and CRZRS and they are easily undesirable!!! some thing that is going incorrect does. I recommend you get a sparkling, inexpensive telephone like the Juke by using Samsung, or the Voyager by using Verizon prompt. best of success!

I also have the same model and this one also froze once. I took out the battery for a few seconds and then restarted it. Its working fine ever since. No trouble any time.

take the battery out? idk i dont have that phone, or just try taking it to who ever you have as your cell phone service.
