~I happen to be heterosexual, but now I'm really scared. What kind of disease do we heterosexuals have???
I had a really expensive surgery a few years ago but I still have no control over being a heterosexual.
Gee, if I sneeze on a gay person, will he or she become a heterosexual? Oh gosh, what if a gay person sneezes on me? Actually, that won't be a problem. I'll just find a heterosexual to sneeze on me and then I'll be straight again.
I'm so glad that stupidity isn't contagious!

I'm sorry, and at which establishment did you achieve qualification to assess us?
I'm just assuming that you excel in knowing complete strangers better than they know themselves. I really should find this course. I'm thrilled to know one exists.
Now, if i could just pull your head out of the clouds for a moment to point out that when i was born I was of no sexual preference. I was not born liking girls any more than guys... i mean come on, when i was brought into this world, i hadn't seen anyone. Now, it was expected that i'd be straight, i even lived straight, liking girls, everything. One day puberty hit. My body went through some expected changes, and my interest soon carried on to the same sex. Now you can see that i was straight, however i decided, keeping in mind, of my own free will, to like the same sex. Hence, your hypothesis is incorrect. Homosexuality is not a disease as you so bluntly described it. It is my preference.
Now, I was a little confused upon reading your question. You were judging us by challenging what we say... which your opinion challenging what actual homosexuals say... well... this is where i get confused. You attack us, and then you simply do a 180 and start talking about karma and *** biting... I'm sure that if you get biten you'll know where you went wrong.
Thank you for your time.

Hey, don't worry about the idiots who are screaming at you (Derek). LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender) people tend to be very sensitive about people criticizing us, and some of us overreact (and over-over-over-overreact). You have to understand that some of the people who hate us the most are the ones who tell us that we're sick and need to be cured.
Homosexuality and transgenderism have both been removed from the National Psychological Association's list of psychological disorders and are no longer considered illnesses by the scientific community. There are many ideas about what causes them (the hormonal theory has pretty much been disproven), and I encourage you to look into it. Also, gay people don't necessarily want to be the opposite gender (I'm happy being a guy and liking other guys).
Above all, your heart's in the right place, and I thank you for that.

OK your intent might be good I'm not really sure, but your "facts" are screwed up.
There is no scientific evidence to support your "Theory" of the gay hormonal imbalance. As for your expensive surgery that cures homosexuality, what would this fictitious procedure be called "homosexualectomy"I mean come on who are you kidding. Quit waisting peoples time with your useless stories.
If you want to preach tolerance do it with facts and not with your made up information, it does not help you or the people who read your useless message.
P.S. as far as diseases go your official diagnosis would be GROSSLY IGNORANT.

I'm glad to hear you support gay ppl. I also suggest that you educate yourself. Science -- medical and psychology -- have determined that homosexuality is not a disease! There also is no operation or pill to change it -- probably because it is not a disease. It exists throughout the animal kingdom. It is not abnormal. It is more like having red hair or blue eyes -- not terribly unusual, just not the most common way of being. There's lot's on the Internet. Just make sure that you are reading medical or psychology journals from accredited sources.

no . child, you are born screaming, and you dont know anything. Like any animal you have a few instincts. People develope a personality. Being gay all the time is a little flighty and irritating to most people and indicates some sort of instability, but chosing to be homosexual is a choice, the result of malformed lusts of the flesh, and is the same as rebellion and witchcraft.. To Old Testament teaching ; it is a capital crime, and for good reason. To New Testiment teaching ; we are instructed to love the sinner but abhore the sin. God is the judge, i.e. He decides the punishment,"The wages of sin is death,, but the gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord (God)..".

I understand what you are trying to say but I have been tested and my hormonal levels are fine I actually have more testosterone than the average man. So your theory doesn't wash. I believe it is genitic but it is not hormonal. It is a difference in brain chemistry and that is all.
The genderbending that many in the gay community display is an affect it is not hormonal.
I am g0y we are all masculine guys but we are tough, tender and trustworthy.
And we totally blow your theory out of the water.

honey a disease is something you get, gay is a genetic predisposition. i can't catch queer from a toilet seat. it's not hormonal or a shot of testosterone would make me (shudder) chase women. I'm glad you don't hate so I'm trying to explain nicely here. surgery can't change your orientation. you just sound very young and naive, that's not a bad thing, try to keep an open mind and stay sweet. you'll figure out alot of things some good some bad as you mature. always keep that spark of humanity burning bright and I'm sure you'll become a beacon of light for the world to see................good luck.

Who really gives a T0SS? Either of what you think is the cause of it or of the karmic influences upon the hateful judgemental ones?
There are homosexuals, there are bisexuals - Hahahaha I'm only half-diseased :), there are heterosexuals and a range of preferences in between.
Be careful what you wish for, karma might just bite you in the @ss for wishing ill on these people.

I don't know what criteria you are using to establish that being gay is technically a disease since the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Illnesses deleted references to homosexuality and diagnostic criteria years ago! The APA figured out that being gay or lesbian is an individual characteristic with no valid pathogenesis. Nevertheless, we are who we are and no one can change it.
