There's a secret camera and tracking device in it for big brother to keep an eye on you. You know, making sure you aren't having unnatural sex or something. hehe

Well is not illegal if you the owner are tearing them off. The law only applies to pre-sales, a customer need to know the materials use in the making of the mattresses, pillows, sofas and chairs before purchasing them.

It's not. They have to have them on it when you buy it from the store. That's the law. But once you buy it and it's yours. You can tear the tag off of it if you want to.

It is illegal for the manufacturer or the Middle man to remove the tags, Once in your possession, you may remove it. Plus it melts and get hard from the dryer and can knock out an eye. Lol

It's a consumer notice. Law requires that the company selling the matress keep that warning on the bed so that the person who buys it understands that it is highly flammable.

It isn't for a consumer to do that. A vendor can't, because there used to be problems with the filling in mattresses and other bedding.
