I always keep the promises I make and try to keep the promises I make to a limit especially if I do not think I can keep it.. I never make promises to impress the opposite sex cause if you break it u will never have there trust again... Now the promises I do make sure I would keep becasue tomorrow is never given and people have such a short memory that if I do die tomorrow.. They will not think bad of me..:)

I hate making promises I can't keep. It is the pet peeve I have of other people that I refuse to do myself. I started this peeve when no one showed up to my surprise birthday party :(

I usually give people a word based on football injury status
In- 100% I will do it unless death or injury befalls
Probable- 90% something could come up
Questionable-50/50 this is a popular one when I am too scared to say no.
Doubtful- 10% don't count me out yet, but likely I wont
Out- No way it will happen.

A promise is not something to take lightly.
a promise is honor, it gives the recipient
a clove of hope,
a procurement of their trust in you.
Telling one you promise are precious
feelings of human action no other animal
experiences, i promise to love and Cherish,
until death due us part ..how precious so few
words carry deep within ones heart and soul ..
The only promises i have ever made, i have kept ...
Some say i promise as if saying, i'll see ya soon !!
Maybe you will, and maybe you won't ....

As often as I try to make it to the bathroom on time!!

I'd let myself down if I didn't keep it. And I usually don't promise to much...for that reason. But I usually use the word "TRY" because you never know what unforseen circumstances may come about that way-lays what you mean't to do. So "Try" I'll try to always give my best answer, and I'll try to member to check back with you and see if I can answer some more of your questions.

I try not to make promises that are contingent on circumstances beyond my control. So, yes. If I say I will do something, I do it, unless I truly forget. And dang it all, I am soooo forgetful. What was I saying again?

Most of the time I do. I try not to make many promises. I prefer, "I'll try my best to..."
