Testicular Self Exam. Don't laugh. I had this same assignment while in nursing school and chose to teach testicular self-exam class to high school boys. ( And you think YOU have tough school work!) I was serious. And, so were they. I didn't embarrass them. And, they didn't embarrass me. We all survived the ordeal. One year later, a young man ran up to me in a mall, promptly introduced me to his parents who were with him, and he introduced me as, "This is that lady I told you about who taught me how to do my own testicle exam." I was flabbergasted. For a kid, that was mighty bold talk, considering his parents were there and I was essentially a stranger to him. But, the young man continued, "I found a lump after I tried what you taught me. Told my mom and dad. We went to the doctor, and everything is OK now. I'm going to be just fine. But, my doctor said that I could have died if I didn't find the lump when I did. I teach testicular self-exam, now, in YMCA. Thank you." Save a life. Ask a nurse for some help and for getting some handouts and freebies to go along with your presentation.

Depends how simply or complicated you want it.
How to tie your shoelaces is an easy one or for a more complicated speech with multiple steps, you could explain how to drive a car, or make your favorite recipe. Most importantly, however- do the speech on something you know how to do WELL- so if you get nervous you still won't forget how to do it and explain it.

almost anything can be used for that kind of a speech could be something dull like how to plant a tree or sharpen a pencil. Could also be like how to properly tie a tie its just think of something you do everyday and break it down.

all you have to do is just take your time and not rush threw it and beleive and you some people might talk about you but people gone talk about you to the day you die and good luck.
