Any girl who says they don't want u lookin is a LIAR! If they wear tight, low cut tops, it's because they want 2 show off their goodies, and they want the guys to google at them.

I don't often wear low cut tops. Some of friends do, and largely because they want to be noticed. But guys often talk at my boobs no matter what I am wearing

Hey, if they're displayed, why not look at them. If they act irritated, it's only towards certain type of guys. As long as you treat the girl with respect, look all you want.

Yes, that is exactly what we want. I mean, I act offended because my guy friends always comment on it, but why else would I wear a shirt that gets me attention. Girl secret: as long we are getting desired attention, we are happy!
