Get the CCleaner, a free software that cleans all junk. Its available at CCleaner.com
Its just 1.5 MB and downloads easily and does a good job of keeping your PC running fast.

There is a PC cleaner in your system tools section that will detect unneeded files. Beyond that, search for files that are old but be sure to know which ones you can delete and which ones you can't delete.

Hello. If you own Windows on your PC, then go to Start Menu> Accesories> System Tools> Disk Cleanup. Take it from there.
