No, she doesn't have a twin sister in real life, they just used a green screen. They had her pretend someone was there and act for 2 people. So, both of the girls in the parent trap are Lindsay.

no. in the parent trap, both of the girls were lindsay lohan.
usually in a movie when a person is seen as two people, or maybe even more, they film the movie in front of a "green screen". i saw this on disney channel. yes i'm a nerd. kidding =] but yeah, that's how it works. they film it in front of this screen and i guess use a computer to double the person acting. lindsay just played both roles in the parent trap. it's kind of tricky. but she doesn't have a twin sister.

She doesn't have a twin sister, but she does have the following siblings: three younger actor-siblings: sister Aliana and brother Dakota, or "Cody"and Michael Lohan(19). According to Lindsay herself, she has a marvelous relationship with all three younger siblings...particularly her brothers, whom she affectionately calls "Punk" and "Codester," respectively.
In the Parent Trap, she played both characters Hallie Parker and Annie James.
She started modeling at the age of 3.

Don't think so, but wouldn't that be fun? I think she has a younger sister. Perhaps you may be thinking of her first big hit, "Parent Trap" where she played twins when she was around 11 or 12.

I purely watched the recent episode of Sam and Cat and they pranked Cat about a bite of the dual boys and stated that in case you gotten bit by technique of a twin you get a evil twin yet Cat did not understand is that Sam had a twin named Melanie so in actual existence Jannette McCurdy has a twin sister

No. She played both roles. It was her first movie or something like that and it catapulted her into stardom. She is a hard working actress. At least from most of the reports. Not the hard partying girl. But hey, what do I know.
