To some ppl it could be a heart, or greater than 3, but usually it is meant as male genitalia in chat.

it actually means less than 3, not greater than 3. for greater than 3 the arrow would be the other way round

Some people think <3 it a heart i think thats stupid but if your talking about mathicatical terms than me mean the same as or greter than three
