Exercise daily such as going for a jog, swimming or playing a favorite sport. Help around the house with chores or errands anyone needs. Keep as active as possible during the day and start setting your alarm for 8:00 am in the morning and start by getting yourself in bed to sleep by 10:00 pm. Its just a matter of discipline and I believe you can do it!
"It is well to be up before daybreak, for such habits contribute to health, wealth, and wisdom."

Don't look at any TV or computer screen after 9 o'clock. The light from it keeps you awake.

Keep yourself doing things like going to parties, play football, or go and work. Then you will be worn out and then you should be ready for bed. Usualy I go to bed about 3 every night and i have plenty of energy. Idk whts wrong with u!
