Some baby have wet bowel movements when they are drooling--which often happens when getting a new tooth. This is *not* diarrhea; the bowel movements aren't very frequent or smell really bad. If that's what you mean, it's normal. If not, see your doctor.

Teething can be very uncomfortable for a baby, which can cause her to have an upset stomach and diarrhea.
But you need to be sure that is really the cause so I would suggest that you talk to your doctor. Also be sure that she is getting enough liquid. Your doctor can suggest how much. (You can overdo this too.) Diarrhea in a small child can quickly lead to dehydration, which can be dangerous.

Your question doesn't make sense. But, I think you are trying to say that you switched your baby's formula and the new one has given her Diarrhea.
Take her off the new formula and switch her to enfamil AR or try a soy formula.
