"Getting rubbed the right way:
Aching for some relief from that pregnant backache - or from that anxiety that's keeping you up at night? Massage can rub those pregnancy pains, strains, and stresses away - plus help you get a better night's sleep. To make sure that your pregnancy massages are not only relaxing, but also safe, follow these tips:
Avoid massage during the first trimster, since it may trigger dizziness and add to morning sickness.
Be sure the masseuse you use is licensed or accredited by a national massage therapy organisation.
Seek a therapist who is fully familiar with the do's and don'ts of massage during pregnancy. For example: Do use a special table with an opening through which your expanded belly can fit, so you can comfortably lie facedown and the therapist can get to your back. Dont massage the abdomen, or at least limit it to a very light touch. Don't massage the feet and akles or the webbing between the thumb and index finger, since it is believed that certain spots in these areas can trigger contractions, don't use aromatherapy oils.
Once you're sure you are in good hands - relax and enjoy"

Im not really sure how safe that is so I cant really say. But if you want to go to the chiropracter just for a nice message (nothing medical) then you can call the hopital many offer pregnant messages and also you could try a Jucuzzi, not a hot tub. If you need to see a chiropracter for a medical reason I would call my obgyn first and see if its ok.

Very, very good idea. Everything loosens up when you are pregnant, and it is easy to go out of joint. You Will stay much more comfortable throughout the pregnancy with regular visits. And consider them for the baby after delivery, too. That was the best thing I ever did with my kids.

They say a chiropractor is great for pregnant women and infants.
I am not pregnant but I have gone to the Chiropractor for 10+ years and would recommend it to almost anyone.

Go for it. Just make sure you go to a chiropractor that has experience adjusting pregnant women.

I believe I'd dicuss this with your OB/GYN. In fact I'd discuss before another appointment.
Good luck and God Bless you and baby.

The only opinion that matters is that of your ob-gyn. Ask them first before anything!
