Unfortunally all erectile medications do reduce patients BP. Therefore- your "heart Dr." should be the one you should ask on what's right for your situation.- The doctor I work for usually perscribe viagra more than the others... BUT- If you take nitro--- DO NOT TAKE VIAGRA OR ANY NITRO'S TOGETHER... Both could actually kill if taken together...

you should ask a doctor this question. Most erectile medications decrease BP. Levitra is good also cialis, however, you should not drink alcohol while taking them because it would decrease your BP even more. The best thing to do is not to be shy and ask a doctor.
