How to get rid of an IMAGE HYPERLINK border?

my picture is an icon with a black background. My web page where my image is going to be is a black background.
when i use the code
, the picture and the site background combines and blends.
I make the picture into a link with and a blue borderline goes around my picture.

HOW DO I GET RID OF THIS BORDER?
