Your garden center will have many examples of what is in season.

The Western Garden Book is a great book for what you are trying to know. They cost just under $35.

Makes a great gift.

Splurge at little.

There's always the internet.

Take your time.

There's lots to see.

God made a lot of plants and some are pictured on the internet.

Every flower have its season.
Just plant those flower which have its flowering season for whole year.
Like periwinkle, rose, etc.

seed catalogs and gardening books will show you what zone your area is in and all seeds will show when to plant in your zone.
