I may be pregnant but i dont sleep well and im just curious if i can take this or not.

It is never safe to take anything during pregnancy unless specifically recommended by your obstetrician. The bought melatonin is much stronger than what your body produces naturally and so it is unknown what, if any, harm it would cause to your baby. Since it is a "natural" product, it is not tested by the FDA like medications are...so there are no studies on any ill effects it causes in pregnancy, nursing or during long term use. Please do not use it unless you clear it with your obstetrician.

Please dont take anything when you are pregnant that isn't prescribed for you.
