Can anyone please suggest some home remedies i can use for my skin - lately i have had quite oily skin on my forehead but it is also flakey and i have to be careful as my skin can also get very dry very easily.

I have tried nearly every product expensive and cheap under the sun in australia and just can't get a nice balance on my skin. i hardly wear makeup and try to drink 1lt water a day. I have also seen a variety or beauty therapists but when it gets to the 3rd month and i see no improvement i feel very diheartened.

If anyone can help if would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Hayley

I found this remedy by accident...my mom got a horrible mystery rash from the garden, so we tried this to get the swelling down. No only did the swelling go down with this concoction, but her skin was glowing and super soft when she washed it off!

2 large tablespoons plain oatmeal
2 tablespoons milk (enough to make a thick porridge like consistency)
1 tablespoon honey
3/4 tablespoon cornstarch

Allow it to sit for a little while so it thickens.
Put it on your skin, and wash it off after at least 1/2 an hour to 45 min. The longer it's on your skin, the better.

Good Luck Hayley!

Hope this home made facial mask helps you:

1 apple peeled and mashed
2 table spoon cold milk (2%)
1 table spoon flour

Place all in a mixer and mix if too thin then add a little more flour, if too thick, then add some milk.

Apply to face & neck for 10 minutes, rinse with cold water.

I usually apply some fresh squeezed mango juice on my face, let it dry then wash. Apply fresh squeezed apple juice for a fresh look.

Have your own night routine...

Make your own face mask (this actually works for me)

Egg (white and the yolk combined together (beat the egg)
Banana (mash it then mix it with milk)
Lemon juice (for a good smell and it does helps the skin to lighten up, it helps to make pimple and acne marks fade away)

Mix them all together... then put them on your face... leave them for awhile at least 20-30 minutes. :)

Hope this helps hahaha :)
