It's pretty easy to cave in a chump like that. They're actually cowards.
Direct insults at him. Very personal stuff. But only AFTER HE DOES IT TO YOU.
STOP IMMEDIATELY WHEN HE STOPS.
You just want him to get the message that he will get back what he gives, no more, no less.
Pick out any real or imagined flaw and point it out. (His "manhood size" is always a good target)
Let him know that what you're doing to him is exactly what he's doing to you. Let him taste his own medicine.
But don't carry it beyond you two by spreading all this drama; because it would just appear vendictive on your part; you just want him to stop.
As for the hitting, that's too much.
Find a guy friend and ask him for a favor, expained as follows:
Next time this chump hits you, take him aside where no one else can hear (you don't want witnesses) and tell him, "If you do that again, I'm going to have someone (don't say who) beat you up."
The reason why you don't say who will beat him up is: he won't know where it will be coming from (scary), he won't be able to size the guy up ahead of time (unpredictable) and he won't be able to tell authorites (no control). Also, if for some reason the guy can't, you won't look like a schmuck and can just find someone else.
SAY IT ONLY ONCE, but make sure he hears it.
If he asks, DON'T REPEAT IT, he's just pulling your chain - you made sure he heard it the first time - remember?
If he hits you again, just leave and ask that guy friend to make good on that favor at his soonest convenience.
(And don't gossip about this to your friends. I makes it appear like you LIKE all that drama and it lowers your credibility. This situation need action, not talk.)

let me begin by saying I've been where you are twice... The best thing to do is call the authories and go to a hospital to have it documented. NO Woman Deserves to Be Abused. After the authorities have it documented,the next time it happens and it will if you don't get away from him,they can take him to jail and depending om what state you live in,even if you don't press charges the state will. 1st. How old are both of you? 2nd. If you are school age, report the stuff to someone in charge. If that doesn't work, keep a squirt gun full of colored water handy, and let him have in the face. It won't really hurt him, but might let him know you mean business. Also, try to not be around him when you are alone, and make sure your friends will help You.

1. Stay the heck away from him.
2. He might be so young that that is the only way he can get your attention, because he likes you - Again young!
3. Let your co-workers, teachers, bosses, friends and family know what is going on and ask their help in keeping him from troubling you.
Or you could kiss him and ask to be married, immediate. Might scare the crap out of him and make him head for the hills.

what you need to do is go to the gas station buy you a pack of gum. unwrap every peice and chew it. put it on the chair where he will sit.
put thre really sharp nails under each of his or behind eaach of his tires at night well when he tries to leave he aint goin nowhere.
tape a sticker to the back of his car saying im gay
start a rumor about him.

go to cabelas or gander mountain, or some outdoors store that sells hunting stuff, and by "Fox in heat urine" and put it on him somehow with out him knowing... it doesnt wash out of clothes for a week or more... but no one will get near him, it even funnier if hes at school, then he doesnt have a change of clothes, if you have his locker number, or even know what his car looks like, put it on the locker handle or car door handle... trust me its funny.... and you can ALWAYS kick him in the balls in a crowded area and laugh really loudly, or yell to get peoples attention... pepper spray is funny also.... have fun with it.. get evil.
