American Universities often give scholarships, fellowships, and assistantships to students from abroad if they are studying Math or Science. This is because so few American students want to pursue these subjects. Make sure your TOEFL scores are high because you may have to tutor or teach American math students, and you will need to have strong verbal skills to succeed. Good luck.

Studying abroad is a good option...i have not heard of getting Stipend while studying abroad
but u will certainly find some scholarships or some concessions....
You may also land up in a part time job...
Why study abroad???
