Because they feel insecure and belittling others make them feel like they are better than that person in some way. It just shows how small and shallow they are really.

i was actually researching this last same subject last night. it has nothing to do with you, they are very weak people, so the only way to make themselves feel better, is to manipulate and belittle others. they lay in bed at night and think of how they are going to reap havoc over someones lives the next day. most people can see right through them, but we choose to continue to let them in our lives. they are toxic, stay away from them. they can only make you feel the way that you allow. redeem yourself, and start life with out them
