i think you should restart your comp..and if that doesnt work, then try to find your java file in your computer, and finish the setup.

Once it's installed it only activates when it is required, until then it just unobtrusively runs in the background. You'll know that it's running when a little coffee cup icon appears on your taskbar.

You need to run something that needs java.
