it is a possibility i also have a large chest and am now 46. and yes it can cause back problems. Wear a good bra not tight but well supporting and use good posture and you can keep back problems to a minimum.

I have a large chest size, I am 55 now, and people use to tell me I would have future back problems, but I was young and assumed they didn't know what they were talking about, but my back has just begun (within last 6 months) hurting very bad. I haven't been to a doctor about it so it may or may not be from my big boobs, but I think it is. I have also been pretty active to try to keep iin shape. I think it may also depend on your bone and body stucture otherwise, besides your breast size. Seems like I just rambled on, but hope this gives you a little insight.

if you aren't having problems maybe don't worry about it for now. eventually, gravity does get the better if all of us though. some friends in a similar situation have invested in nice bras that help support the front and the back. if it becomes too painful consult a doctor and if need be a reduction may eventually be an option if you so choose.

Probably, but wait until you are around 40 or even 45 (and make sure you have good insurance) then complain a lot to the Dr. and insurance will generally cover a lift/tuck (when they get saggy, this is a nice free service....my neighbor did this).

Very true. Those things get heavy, and the constant pull on the back can cause back problems, although not in everyone.
