Stop letting the thoughts consume you. It will happen when you least expect it.

a few tips
1. make sure you know your ovulation date (around day 14 of a 28 day cycle)
2. eat healthy and stop smoking....same for hubby
3. Robitussin cough syrup thins cervical mucous (a tip from my infertility specialist) It thins mucous in your body, thus allowing the egg a better chance of fertilization. The mucous has to be just right.....its a wonder anyone gets pregnant...lol
4. Purchase an ovulation detector.....you may not be ovulating.

last but not least....RELAX......once you have a baby its forever, so enjoy your time being child free. Most couples who are actively trying conceive during the first 12 months.

If you are so neurotic about getting pregnant, do you really think you should be trying to have a child? A child is not a toy. A child takes great patience to raise to adulthood. If you go 'insane' every time you don't get what you want, the kid's going to have a hard time. One should have a child not to fill a void in one's life, or to patch up a bad relationship or to boost one's ego. One should have a child only when one feels there is something very unique and wonderful one can offer the child.

If you are a religious person, then I have the plan for you. Pray, read about Hannah and read Hannah's Prayer. You have to give your problems to God, only then will things happen. But last but not least that God said " In due time " , and waiting is the hardest. It's no fun getting your HCG levels that are not high enough.

Keep the communication open with your spouse .

To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.

After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.

After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.

Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 5 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

you know, my dad always says that the best things in life comes when you least expect it. don't go hard on yourself, you're just making your body a harder place for life to be created in. if you just relax and let time do it's course, you'll have a baby in no time. but if it's after a while as in a year or so, try consulting a doctor to see how he/she can help. everybody has different bodies working at various speeds and rates or even functioning for different purposes but if you stress out, your body stresses too. so just enjoy the baby making times and i guess, let life come to you.

one thing is you need to quit worrying about it... stress will make your body mess up and you will not get pregnant.. just calm down and try to enjoy your husband and your life and when the right times comes you will get pregnant.. have you went to the doctor to have you and your husband tested... but probably everything is fine but i know being anxious about something does not help at all....

Try not to think about it so much. If you just relax, it will be much easier for you to conceive. If you keep thinking about it you'll be too tense for it to happen.
