Well, a war is what pulled us out of a Depression, and I have,'t seen any fought where the rich don't get richer, while someone else dies!

We knew about Pearl Harbor just like we knew about 9/11!

In fact we instigated Pearl Harbor by sanctions. FDR had been trying for over a year to get into the war, but the Senate wouldn't let him! So instead of a War Powers Act, he found a back door!!

Bush can't give us the right to strike preemptively! That is clearly spelled out in the UN charter which Bush skirted because he knew he could not get permission from the UN Security Council. Bush knew he didn't have a case and so did the council! We violated more than one international law!!

Bush Doctrine?? The emporer has no clothes!

In reality no and officially no. The 2002 Bush Doctrine gives the US the right to preemptive and offensive strikes. I should point out that it’s working too!
