no way - the others have all given basically the same response, but what happens if the relationship ends? I met a young girl the other night who had a name tatooed on her wrist, and she's no longer with him - he cheated on her. How do you think she feels every time she looks at her own wrist? Now she wants to have it covered. Some day, she'll be an older woman and it will be pretty ugly - but always a reminder of her young, foolish days.

I have mine and my wife's first initials entangled into each other.
She has our initials in the center of a small tattoo she has.
Ask yourself time and time again before you get it done though. And when you do, make sure it is something that can be covered up without looking stupid.

rule numero uno- dont ever tattoo anyones name on your bod unless its a family member, or someone that is deceased that had an impact on your life. everything else becomes a permanent reminder of a temporary feeling.

Its a sure fire way to end a relationship. Get it done in japanese or something, that way you can lie about it later if you break up.

I only would if it were a family member, mother, father...Not a significant other as one never knows if he/she will always be a significant other
