Increase protein intake. Eat lots of lean meat. Take away the fatty portions.

A lot of ppl who are underweight tend to get too much protein and not enough carbs. Try eating a lot more whole wheat pasta (which has both protein and carbs), bread, potatoes etc. My mother was stick thin when she was younger, but as soon as she started eating more carbs and less meat she gained some weight.

Eat carbohydrates and lots of fatty foods, anything fried really. There is a product called weight gain, a friend of mine uses it to put on weight and build muscle. Eat when you aren't hungry, works for me I'm overweight. Also eating before you sleep or nap will put on weight.

i konw what your talkin about i know a guy who lived through cancer and needs to gain weight he said to try ants on a log
