What is the name of the Hymn who's chorus is...?

I'm redeemed, by love divine. Glory, Glory, Christ is mine! All to him, I now resign. I have been redeemed.

I know its from The Country Church, but it includes pieces of old hymns. I want the original hymn title that the chorus comes from. Its not in any hymnal that I"ve seen.
