...but if you want REALLY cheap, going to your local mall would be best. cheap places usually don't have websites.

i love american eagle outfitters (www.ae.com), they have great clothes, & their sales are amazing!
if you catch abercrombie on a sale (www.abercrombie.com) like their winter sale, their most expensive brands are dirt cheap!
forever 21 has amazing clothes & they are really inexpensive (www.forever21.com)
gadzooks is a great store but they have recently temporarily merged with forever 21 & don't have a website
charlotte russe is also AMAZING, they have great clothes very cheap! (but sadly they don't have a web sites that lets you preview clothes)

www.bluefly.com.... great sales (clearance) all sizes, designer clothes, great delivery and customer service and they wrap everything very nicely. Oh, and Forever21 has great inexpensive clothes, and very varied
