Yes. He will. I don't follow comics but I think they may have already covered that angle. If the retires, it doesn't mean anythingng though. There are many incarnations that super heroes go through these days. One day Superman is retired. The next he's a teen again.

Probably. but if people keep making movies that allow the audience to believe that there's gonna be another part than we're gonna have a problem with not only trying to get superman to retire but other movies to retire.

After he comes out of the closet in brokeback mountain 2, superman will join the ambiguously gay duo from SNL to form the clearly gay trio.

before they retire him for good they need to do DOOMSDAY the original plan for the new movie but i heard they had problems trying to make such a huge story.
