A word is only offensive if it garners a reaction from someone, it is not the word itself that is the issue. It's the implication that matters.

In a public place, try calling someone a pedophile or infer that they practice bestiality and see what sort of reaction you get.

I reckon the 'f' word. The gangster nonsense films are really good at offending with this.
The words are all or mostly OK, it is the abhorant feelings communicated at the time. We get hurt psychologically by them, learning to associate body parts with threatening emotions shown.

they are all bad

indicates your really unhappy with self
the f. word so degrading and so are all the swear words.

theyare so many others out there you could use.
