what can aspartame cause?please tell me i need to know bad

Aspartame can cause migraines which it did for me. I had read an article once that said it might even be linked to brain tumors.

I read that sometimes aspartame can give you the symptoms of MS. It can cause headaches, eye problems and the list goes on. Check out the link.

"Officially" studies have concluded that aspertame has no side-effects, and does not cause long-term problems, however, it is my belief and experience that it is not good for the body and definitely does cause headaches and diarrhea in a lot of people.
I think that anything artificial isn't really *good* for you, so it's just a safer bet to stick with natural or organic products.
