Jennifer Aniston and Shannen Doherty, and for males, Matt Damon and Denzel Washington. I love them all. Shannen is great at playing the funny/slightly bossy girl, Jen is amazing with comedy and drama roles, Matt Damon was in "Good Will Hunting," (my favorite movie), and Denzel is such a great "hero" star. Also, Minnie Driver is adorable, and Audrey Hepburn is possibly the best actress of all time.
