I don't want to call 911 because I think he might get in trouble since he kinda did it on purpose (just to teach me a lesson), but the blinding pain in my pelvis won't go away and my vision is starting to get blurry. I need help fast!!!!!

I'd call 911 anyway. You can think about whats going to happen later, after you get treatment. Plus if you don't press charges nothing should come of it. But get some help.
