Steven Colbert. Hes a journalist with balls and hes not afraid to use them. He'd run into a crouded room full of angry bears with machine guns for the cause of truthiness.

I enjoy both of them. I do think that they both have the same ideas, its just that Colbert seems to be playing the devils advocate on most of the issues he talks about on the show. I can sense his sarcasm very easily. It's hard not to miss it. I do enjoy Stephen Colbert. Always have, even back when Craiggers was the host. Yes, I've been watching this show since the VERY beginning. And Colbert always had great pieces on the show. If only they could find A. Whitney Brown.
They both know what they are talking about. It just depends on the type of humour you are looking for. Jon is just plain funny, while Colbert is more cut and dry in his jokes.
As for the comment from someone else saying Lewis Black.
That man is HILARIOUS and I absolutely love him!!! He needs to be doing some more stand up. His last bit was brilliant!

HURRAY JEWS!!!

How can you even ask? Stewart is a lefty NY (you know, rhymes with 'new'...)
Stephen Colbert is a great American for taking on the liberals and the lapdog liberal media. He calls 'em how he sees 'em--calling out the Hollywood culture machine that's killing America. Used to listen to Rush, then O'Reilly, but now I'm proud to say I'm a member of the Colbert Nation. Stephen Colbert is never wrong. Go get 'em Colbert!

I think they are both pretty liberal in their views, its just that Cobert presents his humor indirectly assuming that the person watching is smart enough to catch how absurd it all is. Stewart is straightforward and more aggressive in presentation.

Who knows more??? Stewart is usually well prepared to deliver the 'funny', but Colbert has to start where Stewart ends up and work backward to find the 'funny'.

I give my vote to Stewart.

Um... Jon Stewart is obviously Liberal, Colbert acts conservative but in a mocking sarcastic manner. Anyone who thinks they are on opposite ends doesn't pay enough attention.

I honestly think they're both great. Stewart is a little better but I think Colbert is a little more gutsy.
