Get everyone at the party a little tipsy (it's even better when the guys are flat out drunk) and play Battle of the Sexes. They have the funniest questions. Questions about women are asked to the men and men questions are asked to women. It's fun when there's alcohol involved because people come up with some funny answers.

If you have 3-4 people, you might enjoy Settlers of Catan. The board and dynamics change everytime. Lots of fun!
