Ask her...either in person or over the telephone. Keep it casual...don't sound too anxious...and suggest something simple for the first time. She'll either be delighted...or you might catch her by surprise...and she will pause...and then agree. You will be able to tell a lot by the tone in her voice as to whether she is into you or not. You have to ask to find out. "Nothing ventured; nothing gained." Remember...she is only one person...so don't take it too personally if she declines...it is always better to know these things early on...and keep in mind that she doesn't know you yet. If she agrees...and everything goes well...wait a few days and then ask her out again. Always be yourself...and choose activities that permit conversation...and be a good listener. Ask good questions that will help you to determine your interest level. And have fun!

Start with a compliment, smile as she responds, look deep into her eyes and then tell her how much you'd really like to get to know her better. Already have a resturant etc in mind. Good Luck!

well first of all...DON'T GET ONE OF YOUR FRIENDS TO ASK FOR YOU!! girls think more of you when you ask them yourself...and girls love to be complimented..just don't over do it..because then you sound desperate...then just casually ask her if she would like to go out with you..just be calm..and go with the flow
