There's nothing wrong with being tall. Your friends should love you for who you are and not how tall you are. I'm taller than most my friends too, and most of them are guys, but we still love each other.

I'm 4' 11" inches.. I'm shorter than everyone I know just about. I would confront your friends in a nice way and ask them if you intimidate them. If they really are your true friends they'll ease your fears about that. My best friend in high school was your height and she never intimidated me unless she was truly drunk and outta control. Man she took up a lot of space when she was like that LOL

You can't stop your "friends" from being intimidated by you. This is odd to me because people aren't usually intimidated by people they know. You can stop this by asking your friends to keep marveling at your wonderful height. If that doesn't work and they continue to make you feel uncomfortable, seek out friends who are less height-conscious.

I think you should not worry about those things because god gave you that and why are you getting affected by it? at first, they think of that but when the time pass by, they will realize that they cannot do anything about that and they will love you as a friend. Try also to watch their moves and actions, maybe there's something going on if your not with them? its just a tip! but try to watch and listen carefully on what they are saying or try to talk to them why they are intimidated with your height? okay!

I'm 6' too and believe me its not that tall. Try being nice to them and if they are still intimidated then find out why. Talk to them - they're your friends aren't they?

There's nothing you can do, and if you are not threatening them, it is up to them to stop feeling intimidated.
