is there any way i can find out where someone has been on the computer other than history on he computer?

Check the server log.

History, temp directory (stores web pages on temp basis while you are surfing) temp internet files directory, do search on particular type of files, :txt, jpg etc this will show yo uwhere strange temp files are stored.

if you know the specific place, you can search the history so even if it has been deleted, you can search for the website you are looking for. that function is in the history, just click the search button.
